unforgettable Arctic experienceS
The Honka Utsu villas enjoy breathtaking views of the age-old Arctic scenery in the Finnish Lapland. The high-quality villas are located in the middle of the Levi skiing center activities, still peacefully located for quiet relaxation in harmony with nature.
These holiday lodges exude peace of mind in all aspects. The harmonious architecture and the use of natural, genuine massive wood make the villas blend into the pristine scenery. Large panorama windows bring the wilderness indoors. It is cosy to sit inside and watch the stars in the sky or the auroral reflections.
There is a spectacular view of Finnish Lapland from the large living room windows and terraces, with the Pallastunturi fell looming in the background. The plot’s backyard faces south and looks onto an untouched fell with its snow-crowned trees in the winter.
All the rooms and interior decoration are designed to meet the individual wishes of the owners. In the upstairs loft, there is a 38 m2 master bedroom with breathtaking views, a fireplace and a Jacuzzi. The middle floor houses two more bedrooms with their own toilets and showers, a kitchen and a living room. In the basement, there’s a laundry room and space for snowmobiles and skiing equipment.
