Villa Taiga is a stylish modern holiday home on the top of Himos hill in Middle Finland. It offers breathtaking scenery and everything needed for a perfect weekend off.

Villa Taiga’s atmosphere is tinged with elegance and sophistication. The house is designed by architect Carl Johan Mether. The black and white exterior gives it an edgy look, but it still blends in to the surrounding nature.

The interior decoration is simple and white, letting the nature dominate the space. Floor-to-ceiling windows let the house user admire the beauty of Finland’s four seasons to the fullest.

All materials are carefully chosen and complement the natural wood. Beautiful white effect wall made of stone livens up the living room and frames the bed. The high gloss black kitchen contrasts beautifully with white-stained log walls. A modern fireplace brings extra coziness. The sauna is pitch black and there’s a hot tub in the terrace.
