Honka First Whistle -reporting channel
For whom the service is for?
We use the whistleblowing First Whistle reporting channel, where Honka’s employees and external stakeholders can file a notification if they suspect or observe activities that violate Honka’s ethical principles. With the reporting channel, we promote transparency and openness in our organization.
Honka’s reporting channel is implemented by an external service provider. You can leave a notification on the channel either with your own name or anonymously. All notifications are treated confidentially. The name of the person who submitted the notification will not be published, and there will be no consequences for notifier for submitting the notification.
Notifications received in the reporting channel are handled by Honkarakenne’s finance and HR director, CDO, and occupational health and safety manager.
- Notification will be acknowledged as received within seven (7) days. If necessary, additional information will be requested from the person who made the notification during the investigation.
- We will inform you about the final result of the investigation through the channel within three (3) months of submitting the notifiction.
- At the end of making the notification, the notifier receives a personal code that can be used to monitor the progress of the notification.
If you have submitted a notification and you lose the case-specific code, we ask you to submit a new notification in which you refer to your original notification. In this way, the investigation can be continued in cooperation with you.
Monitoring the progress of the investigation takes place through the same address, using your own code. Finally, the notifier is also informed of the final result of the investigation through the channel.

The reporting channel is intended only for monitoring compliance with ethical guidelines and for addressing cases of abuse.

Customer feedback and related development iniatives should be addressed to Honka on the Honka.com website or to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org. Regarding deliveries and installation, contact site delivery manager directly. Development iniatives related to personnel matters should be addressed to HR director.
