Massive and insulated walls
Major parts of our houses are built from sufficiently thick log so that they do not require any extra insulation even in the coldest climates such as the northern parts of Finland and Russia.
We also offer low-energy walls with additional insulation. The insulation can be installed on either side of the log wall and coated with various panel and cladding options. With these low-energy structures and modern heating system, it is possible to reach any given energy class.

Our clearly defined, minimalistic Honka Zero Corner™ concept produces log houses that are at ease even in the most urban environments. With the layered wall structure the corner notches are only visible from the inside or the outside, depending on which side the insulation is installed on.
