We surely benefited of this method well-tried in Europe, innovative in America that let you make infinite design with house shape, size and fenestration. Starting with a base model we have built a house wide opened to the surrounding nature so we can benefit from this proximity where ever we are inside our outside the house.

OUR DREAM OUR NEW HONKA CHALET…
We knew what we wanted. It would be modern but welcoming with plentiful fenestration and a lot of wide spaces. When we discovered the Honka house we knew we had found what we where looking for. The company philosophy and his representative M. Thorvald Namy are so trustworthy. It was exactly what we had dream of.
It’s been more than one year that we have move in our Honka chalet and we spent there a major part of our free time with our friends and parents. All promises where fulfilled. Every room are inviting, fresh in the summer, warm in the winter. Doors and windows are airtight letting no air or noise go through. The wood insulates, exude and will not chop. We are comfortable and happy in this house. This is without a doubt one of our best decisions in our life!

A FABULOUS ADVENTURE…
Has soon has it was built we literally felt in love with our Honka wood house. It was designed by Honka’s professionals in respect with India’s true laws of nature, and it brings us peace and harmony.
We chose Honka for the beauty, the quality and solidity of their solid wood houses. It was delivered right on time meticulously wrapped and building the house was fast and thrilling.
Windows and doors are beautiful, warm and of the highest quality. Honka Canada was there to help us when we needed and M. Thorvald Namy was very friendly. This project was a fabulous adventure and I was also celebrating my fifties like Honka, so we are now part of the family in many ways.

ON THE LAND OF OUR ANCESTORS…
This project was really a challenge for us but we are very proud of our Honka house. We decided to build this haven on the land bequeathed by our parents. We wanted a house that was simple and durable, a property that we could hand over one day to our children.
It stands just beside the lake and bring us a lot of pride and happiness. It’s a good place to live and the house blends perfectly with the surroundings. We achieved this house project all by ourselves and Honka Canada was always present when we needed a little help. A special thought for Thorvald for his professionalism.

A PERSONNAL ACCOMPLISHMENT
This project is a personal accomplishment and something I’m very proud of. It was my first self-construction project and my first house. Building it was fast and easy.
We choose the rectangular laminated log and the result is over our expectations. The house is solid and the wood has an exceptional quality.
Built near a lake in Quebec, our Honka house is a real haven of peace and brings us a lot of pleasure. Many thanks to the Honka team with whom we have become close friends.
