Natural solid wood creates just the right kind of atmosphere for the Levi Spirit villas. The three villas, each 460 m2, were built with the non-settling Honka log frame which enabled a contemporary scandinavian design with large windows and minimalistic details.
Log structures are becoming more popular as ecological, healthy and pleasant surroundings are appreciated more and more. For contemporary designs, we recommend the use of non-settling logs as they simplify and speed up the construction process.
The use of natural materials is satisfactory in many ways. The breathing and naturally antibacterial Finnish pine is the perfect material for building healthy log homes. Furthermore, using renewable wood in construction is an ecological choice, providing endless versatility for visual design.

The Levi Spirit villa XXL has room for 10 people: one double main bedroom, three double bedrooms and a twin loft room. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. In addition, the building has a living room, dining room, kitchen, fireplace, two balconies, lounge, sauna, dressing room, shower, toilet, carport, drying room, equipment storage, entrance and two patios.
Luxury villa with five stars and absolutely relaxing atmosphere. Villa is nicely done, it also has very good soundproofs so that you can enjoy early evenings or late mornings while others are awake in the living room. Villa has absolutely all the facilities for nice, relaxing get away. Strong recommendation!
