The apartments in detached, semi-detached and terraced houses built according to the Funktio concept can be varied, divided and combined in various ways. Versions are available either with a gable roof or a shed roof. Apartments in terraced houses can, for example, be grouped by using one and two storey floor plans. All models come with main drawings by the house factory, foundation dimension drawings, and structural plans, all prepared.
